• No response to booking forms or follow up emails.

  I booked two separate day tours using their online bookings form, but didn't hear anything back. 3 days later I sent a direct email. Still no response. I followed up again with another email 2 days later. I just reached out on Whatsapp (6 days later) as it said live chat available and open for another 3.5 hours. I eventually got a reply after waiting 18 minutes. But they said not available for my dates in June - my booking form, email and whatsapp was for bookings late July! If they are booked out, let me know within a day or two so people can book elsewhere. This experience does not make me feel confident at all. Then they asked me to rebook tours using a different email! Terrible experience with communication - they did not acknowledge my bookings, nor respond to both my emails. And the Whatsapp was slow and initially had the wrong month. Then asked me to rebook using a different email - in the online form. Eventully they said my 2 bookings went to their spam - but this was done on their online booking form direct from their website. Didn't instil confidence, and I decided to not go ahead. I hate to think what it would be like to deal with them if there was a change or problem.

  We had a wonderful time on our private tour and our driver/tour guide Aris was the BEST! Although this was our first time visiting Bali, I didn't want to visit the typical touristy places you always see on Instagram. Aris was very knowledgeable and also provided recommendations along the way that we didn't think of. He also took great pictures of us! I highly recommend booking!

  Our driver Aris was excellent. Communication was via Whats App prior to the trip and he arrived on time at the hotel and drove very safely. We had a list of places we wanted to visit and he helped us plan the day including taking us to a temple which was less touristy but amazing. He was very knowledable and explained the culture and spoke English very well. He also helped take photos of us so we have memories to keep of the day. We would highly recommend this trip in fact we have another driver booked for tomorrow!

  Nice tour with friendly driver who speaks good English. Listened to personal interest and adapted tour accordingly. I truly recommend them if you plan a day tour on Bali

  Mr. Mudana and his wife Yuli make a great team! The car was clean, cool and comfortable! Mudana is a safe driver and Yuli knows the ins & outs of the tourist locations and was helpful translating. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the culture. They recommended a couple sights to visit instead of all we wanted to see and we were happy we took their advice! We felt bad keeping them out all day and leaving their car a bit messy. They were kind enough to let us leave our mess when dropping us back at our resort. They had a long drive home after a very long day and remained kind and cheerful. I would highly recommend you request Mr. Mudana and Yuli for your visit to Bali!

  We had a great day with our driver dastra. He was great to make sure we did understand everything and helped us with some suggestions to have an even better day. He was very good with my 2 little girls. Definitely recommend it.

  Our guide Rio was fantastic! We sent a list of places we wanted to see and they put together a three day itinerary for us. Rio was very knowledgeable and gave us the history and insight for each location. He also picked delicious local restaurants for us to have lunch. Saw as much of Bali in three days as we could without being rushed. Would highly recommend their services.

  

  

  

  

• Touring temples on our final day in Bali

  To go anywhere in Bali requires an experienced local driver. Don't try it yourself! My wife wanted to see some of the temples in the Ubud area. Our driver, Tegeg, picked us up from our Nusa Dua hotel. It was an hour+ in heavy traffic to the first temple but the other three were not nearly as far. Tegeg told us how to enter, explained which temples required a sarong (included in the 50 to 60,000 entry fee), and even acted as our personal tour guide where permitted. We also managed a stop at a delightful lunch spot on a pond and a waterfall (that was far too commercialized for our American tastes) before being dropped off at the Denpasar Airport in time for our flight. Thank you Tegeg for the great tour!

• Great time with Raka!

  Raka was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and incredibly kind. We went to the Mt. Batur, Tegalalang rice terrace and the beach. Great time. The kids enjoyed him!
