Kiyomizu-dera Temple

5.00Fantastic day. Kyoto was much larger than I initially realized. The day of our trip it was raining. Rain was supposed to start at 12. Our guide texted us an offer to begin early to beat the rain. He manage to get us to all the things on our list easily. Very informative. Perfect English. Very adaptable. We had 15 different tours in Japan. This was my favorite guide.

5.00Great adventure with yohei! He was very knowledgeable and took us to many spots to avoid the massive crowds at the shrines and temples. We enjoyed his commentary and local stories and managed to visit all the spots we wanted to see.

5.00First trip with family to Kyoto, I studied (40 years ago) in this magical city but haven't been back. Yuhey Kowatari was the perfect guide. Knowledgeable, insightful and personally interesting. Being of Japanese descent myself it was as if he was straight out of central casting for a guided tour. His English is nearly perfect for those visiting and his personal background and interests made it even more of a perfect day. We covered lots of ground hitting major sites on our list, planned perfectly by Yuhey to avoid crowds and found a small, out of the way (local) soba restaurant that we're all still dreaming of. Can't recommend the tour, experience and if possible request Yuhey! Thank you for making the day a memorable one for all of us.

5.00An extensive and worthwhile tour of all the major sights across Kyoto. We found Ben to be an entertaining, yet insightful tour guide, who was able to elaborate on Japanese culture and history to give us context to what we were visiting. He was very clear with his directions for meet up points, and was able to take great photos of all in our tour group, despite having to wade through the immense number of tourists at times. Nonetheless, the weather was perfect on the day, and we were able to see all the sights in all their sunny splendour!

5.00We had a wonderful tour to Kyoto with our lovely guide Yuki. She explained us the impressive historical sightseeing attractrions very well and gave us also an interesting insight to the japanese everyday. Our driver was very friendly and drove us savely and sovereign in his spacious van all the day. We can honestly recommand this tour to Kyoto, as we experienced today.
