Minimum age for Silfra Snorkeling is 12 years old.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children throughout the tour.
Silfra Snorkeling tickets are not included in the initial price. To add tickets: please contact our team immediately after booking.
Advance booking of Silfra tickets is strongly recommended, especially in peak season.
Participants must be able to swim independently.
Height requirement: minimum 150cm, maximum 200cm.
Weight requirement: minimum 45kg, maximum 120kg.
Pregnant participants are not permitted to snorkel in Silfra.
Participants aged 65 and over may be required to provide a doctor's certificate of fitness.
Thermal base layers (wool or synthetic - no cotton, no jeans) are required under the dry suit. Bring a warm change of clothes for after.

5.00We have just gotten back from our tour and in our cabin on our ship and I can’t get to my phone fast enough to say what an amazing, exceptional , perfect tour day that we had today. We have traveled for 30 years and have been on enough tours to know that a most perfect day like today could not have happened without an exceptional tour guide. Srdan was top of the tops! He treated us with care and through his knowledge and love of his homeland we felt a part of Iceland today- not just saw it. And saw it we did! What an excellent tour in addition to the snowmobiling. Srdan was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and excellent in his care of tending to our every need from opening doors to helping my husband in many capacities to aid in his sightseeing with limited mobility. Srdan felt like family when we parted after our day together. He will always be in our memories and fondness as we retell the stories of today with each other and our families. Iceland and snowmobiling has always been on my bucket list. Thank you for your company and for providing again such an excellent service. Your company delivered today on what you promised when we first started corresponding - that we would have the adventure of a lifetime! For those of you looking to book a trip , do not hesitate .
