Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - MGM Grand/Showcase Mall 3791 S. Las Vegas Blvd (west entrance of tour lobby/south end of Showcase Mall), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

5.00A must do if this is your first time in Vegas. We did the initial tour, than used the time to see where we wanted to visit and hop off. Drivers very friendly, the app is good to see route and where bus is in relation to your stop. Just be mindful that it lags a bit so don't wait till last minute.

5.00I really enjoyed .We learned the history of the area.We stayed on the bus the whole tour but you have options to get off and tour other areas but you will have to wait on the next bus.The driver had a lot of knowledge about the tour..I will chose this experience again!!

5.00It's half way cover up top..So if you want to sit in the sun..Aren't you have and options..Are just stay at the bottom of the bus...Little pricey $60 a person..The black women bus driver was nice

4.00Busses don't come that frequently so if you get off you have to wait a while for another bus. The Vegas sign has no shade so waiting for a bus is not ideal.

2.00While the tour is good if you stay on the bus, it was not good for hopping on and off. With the 45-minute time length between buses at stops, you either baked in the hot sun with no idea how much longer the wait was going to be or gave up and walked or took a taxi. Both my husband and I tried to download the app and weren’t successful. It was also hard finding the bus stops. We ended up just taking taxis most of the time. We bought the 2-day pass which was not worth it as we had trouble finding the bus stop and when we did had no idea when the bus would be there. So we never used the 2nd day. Also, no shade or seating to wait for the bus either.

2.00Didn’t book through trip advisor but the service’s website. Consistently late according to their “real-time” tracking. Was 2 stops from our drop off point and the driver sat in the 102 degree sun for about 5 minutes and then I asked the driver what the deal was. He said he was going to sit there for another 12 minutes before he started towards the next stop. No announcements were made about this. Chose to get off and walk 1.25 miles back to our resort. Would be a great way to get around but not very good on timeliness or communication.

5.00I enjoyed my trip. Are driver Alvina was very knowledgeable and kept us very entertained. We happened to have her our full trip, even though we got off and on many stops. Our first stop was the Highroller and the SPEAR. Then we stop at Fillmore street. Our last stop was near Circuit Circus. We purchase a 2 day ticket which I feel is a good deal.If you're in vegas for multiple days. My only downfall is the time frame that the bus stops.I feel that if we're doing a full day, we should be allow to have the full day, they stop at a certain time.And then they have a nighttime bus. All in all if I visit vegas again , I will certainly purchase a ticket for the Big Bus.
