  Everything went well, from the hotel pickup to the organization to the return. All the staff were very friendly. Our hot air balloon pilot Carlos perfectly guided us over Segovia, and the landing was super smooth! The subsequent brunch in the fields was a real experience. I can only recommend it!   If you get the chance to take a flight with Carlos and his fantastic team grab it with both hands . This is a must do in Segovia find the time for one of the best experiences ever . Thanks to the guys they are superb .

  The tour is fantastic. The company's team is very good and attentive. They picked us up in Madrid and arrived on time. They took us to the take-off site. The place from where they take off is pretty, and the vesta on top is priceless. The pilot we caught was very experienced and the flight was quite quiet. After the flight they gave us a ride to the Aqueduct because we wanted to stay in the city and we did not return with them to Madrid. We return at the end of the day by train. I recommend D+!

  An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The team works exceptionally, with impeccable organization and attention to detail that conveys a lot of confidence from the very first moment. All explanations were clear and complete, resolving any doubts with kindness and professionalism💯 I want to especially highlight the feeling of safety throughout the entire activity. It is evident that they have great experience and that the safety of the passengers is their top priority. 👌 Moreover, they were very punctual and perfectly adhered to the scheduled times. The service received was excellent, friendly, and attentive at all times. Thanks to their professionalism, the hot air balloon flight became a unique, calm, and memorable experience.   Highly recommended, well prepared and coordinated. Always with a sense of control and safety. A fantastic experience both for the flight itself and for the views of the city of Segovia. Do not hesitate, and if you have the chance, go for it.

  It was my first hot air balloon ride. I found it to be a very rewarding experience. I thought the basket we were in would move. But it was a surprise; there was no noise, the peace was complete, and it allowed you to enjoy the landscape on a splendid day. The next thing that impressed me was the landing. It was perfect. The attention from Carlos, the pilot, and the drivers of the pickup vehicles was magnificent, and the unexpected meal was very well received by all the adventure companions.

  The good: communication was great! there was a marathon that day, so the tour operator was wonderful about making sure we knew where and when to meet our driver Pepe. the ride was comfortable( a little over an hour from center of town) and we even sopped to use the toilet and get some coffee before our flight. When we landed, there was a wonderful breakfast, tortilla, jamon, queso, zumo y cava. Very romantic and lovely to be picnic-ing in a field shortly after sunrise. Pepe again stopped at a station for drinks and a restroom before heading back. he fought against Madrid traffic and the marathon to get us as close to our hotel as possible and even gave us directions to get safely back. *After we landed, our piolot told us the history of the first hot air balloon flight while the rest of the crew set up our lovely breakfast The Rest: *There seemed to be bit of trouble getting our balloon up and ready to go. It was nearly inflated, they had tipped the basket, but couldn't complete the process, so they had to start all over again. We did watch another company pull up, unfurl, inflate, AND take off in that time span, so it was a little worrisome. *We did not fly OVER Segovia, as it looks in the pictures and descriptions. We flew in the opposite direction. That could have been due to weather or wind, but I heard our pilot point our the landing place from the prior day which was nearby, so I believe they fly in this direction frequently. What we did fly over, was some farm land and a recycling depot/ dump. Pepe was on our flight and encouraged the pilot to torn the balloon around so he could point out the famed aqueduct but it was more of a squint into the distance thing. I mention it so you can adjust your expectations. It important to note that ALL of the balloons( there were 5 that day ) flew in the same direction. so I don't think it was a personal choice. * Our pilot kept leaning over and spitting over the side of the balloon and watching it fall. I don't know if he wan't feeling well or something else, but as I was the passenger standing less then a foot from this, it did strike me as odd and a bit gross. * You will get dirty! I have have been on 2 other hot air balloon rides, so I have some limited comparisons. After we landed, we were asked to help roll up the balloon and stuff it in its carry case. Given that we landed in a soft slightly muddy field, that led to getting very dirty on our shoes, pants and coats. they had elderly people helping as well. I love communal effort, but it felt more compulsory rather than a fun option. If you have never been on a balloon ride, this is as good a chance as any.

  Love the experience definitely doing it again. Our pilot was amazing, what an incredible morning. Also Our driver picked us up on time, super friendly highly recommend recommended
