  It was a wonderful experience. The profound world of Japanese tea and its various ways of enjoying it taught me new discoveries every time I made it. Japanese sweets imitating spring flowers made us feel the Japanese season and made us feel calm with elegant sweetness. And instructors have the skills to teach their expertise in an easy-to-understand manner. The time for the experience passed so quickly.   I attended a class on how to make tea! They were very kind to beginners and taught me tea knowledge using materials and teaching materials, and I had a great time practicing and comparing tastes step by step, which was a completely different experience from the tea I usually drink, and changed the concept of green tea! It was so delicious and inspiring, It was a wonderful time to spend with tea slowly and healed my heart! I was also happy to take home some Japanese sweets!   It was a great learning experience to learn the types of tea, manufacturing method and even the points of brewing. You can get a sheet of paper with a summary of the temperature and brewing time for each tea, so you can enjoy the authentic taste at home. The first tea is served with lukewarm hot water and the second is served with ice and water for refreshing tea. It was very nice to enjoy the 3rd Sen tea with a little bit of astringency in hot water. The sweets also went well with tea and were very delicious, so I would like to visit again.

  My friend and I had such a lovely time at this place learning about Japanese tea culture. It was amazing to discover how the flavor of the tea changes depending on the water temperature and even the type of teacup used. The cold tea served in a wine glass was a surprisingly delightful and refreshing experience. The seasonal wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) were not only visually stunning but also absolutely delicious, perfectly complementing the tea. The instructor was very kind and explained everything clearly, which made the whole workshop feel relaxing and deeply enjoyable. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sapporo who wants to explore a unique and authentic part of Japanese culture. We would love to come back in another season to try their seasonal wagashi again!
