Explore the Geisha districts after dark, hear the tales of what actually went on in this district during the Edo period. Our professionally guided tour will take you through the 2 most beautiful Geisha districts of Kanazawa and then we'll sit down with fellow travellers to a full course traditional meal and drinks(included in tour price).
The tour duration is 2.5 hours. You will get the chance to explore the cultural background of these unique districts and get to sample some of the local dishes available in this area. Our night tour groups are small(usually 3 - 8 people) and include a dedicated professional guide to explain the locations and the dishes.

5.00Our family of 4 had a fun and informative evening tour. Nicola was welcoming and engaging. He shared his knowledge about geisha history along with other information he has studied. He took great care of our group, led us through a delicious udon dinner and followed up with recommendations for our upcoming travels. It was like meeting a new friend. Highly recommended.

3.00Very much depends on the guide. Information we got was for people who know nothing about Geisha culture. Dinner was good but noodles for almost 90 euros..

5.00Wonderful late afternoon and evening tour of two Kanazawa geisha districts followed by dinner at a popular restaurant. Says was lovely and a wealth of information. Her English was excellent and communication was easy. Booking with her is highly recommended!

5.00We met Nicola and the other guests before a tour of the geisha district. Nicola made sure to learn a little about each of us so that he could make the tour more personal. We strolled through the district at sunset. Absolutely stunning scenery and the crowds were less, which was a plus. After our tour, the Nicola took our group to an Udon restaurant. He made sure to customize the menu to each our our parties dietary needs. The company and conversation was wonderful, and the food was fantastic! Highly recommend. Nicola even provided a list of other restaurants to checkout while we were in Kanazawa.
