Step-by-Step Transport Service (From Booking to Drop-Off) 1. Booking Confirmation Once a guest books your tour- • They receive a booking confirmation with key tour details. • We contact the guest via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 24 hours to confirm: • Pickup time and location • Hotel name and address (if applicable) • Emergency contact number 2. Pre-Tour Coordination • One day before the tour, we send a reminder message to the guest with: • Exact pickup time (adjusted for sunrise or local conditions) • What to bring (e.g., warm clothes, camera, shoes) • Weather updates if relevant 3. Pickup • On the day of the tour, your driver or guide arrives at the designated hotel or meeting point 5–10 minutes early. • Guests are greeted with a friendly welcome, and their names are checked against the booking. • If multiple pickups are involved, the driver follows a planned route to gather all guests efficiently. 4. Transfer to the Starting Point • Guests travel in a comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle (e.g., Innova, Tempo Traveller, or sedan based on group size). • The guide provides a brief introduction to the tour and answers any initial questions. • The drive to Kunjapuri Temple (or tour starting point) is scenic and smooth, typically 45–60 minutes. 5.
