This ticket can be used to hop on and off a Golden Tours bus at any one of our 70 stops across London throughout Christmas Day. The popular route covers many of the capital’s most famous landmarks – see where it takes you!
You could check out St Paul’s Cathedral and the formidable Tower of London before disembarking to explore riverside attractions – just head to a Golden Tours stop when you’re ready to get back on the bus! Or see famous monument Marble Arch from the comfort of your seat and get off at a nearby stop for a stroll through idyllic Hyde Park. The choice is yours!

5.00Enjoyed our 1 day HOHO bus. Took the 10 am live HOHO blue line with Andy who was witty and friendly. Excellent experience. Switch over to the audio red line and felt we say a good amount of London. Highly recommend for an overview and if staying in Waterloo area as we go on at stop 1 and had a choice of seat.

1.00We got on a blue bus; there was an assistant who spoke during the journey with a microphone. He was very rude and yanked my daughter; he spoke in English, and we did not understand. He made us get off in a very unpleasant manner, a real jerk.

1.00It was a bad choice. The buses only came every hour and the stops were poorly signalled. We waited a long time for the next bus. The buses from other companies were always passing by

2.00Stopped all the time. Changed driver. Long waits. So for the expensive ticket we didn't get much ride for the money, unfortunately. The radio guidance was good and interesting. Good routes. Nice to sit outside.
Misleading Information and Abrupt Service Termination on Christmas Day

1.00I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the hop-on hop-off bus service we purchased on Christmas Day. We bought our tickets at approximately 1:00 p.m. and were clearly informed by your crew that we could hop on and off at any stop throughout the day. Given that all train services in London were closed on Christmas Day, this assurance was especially important to us. When I specifically asked about the service end time, I was told that operations would run until 6:00 p.m., though it was recommended that passengers take the last full service by 4:00 p.m. Following this advice, we boarded the Red Line bus at around 4:00 p.m. from Bus Stop 25, opposite Buckingham Palace. Our intended final stop was Bus Stop 45 at Borough Market. We were content to continue sightseeing before hopping off near our destination. However, at approximately 4:58 p.m., to our complete shock, the driver abruptly instructed all passengers to disembark at King’s Cross, stating that it was the end of the service. This was entirely unexpected and directly contradicted the information we had been given earlier. Several passengers, including ourselves, questioned the driver about alternative services, as we had been assured that operations would continue until 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, he stated that he was required to terminate the journey at King’s Cross and was unaware of any other arrangements. As a result, we were left stranded in freezing temperatures with no public transport available and had no option but to pay an additional £30 for a taxi to reach our destination. This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting particularly on Christmas Day. We feel that we were misinformed about the service and that the early termination of the route constitutes a failure to deliver what was promised at the time of purchase. I would appreciate your review of this matter and kindly request appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and additional expense incurred. I look forward to your response.
