1.00Our server on the ship was less than satisfactory. We’ve walked away with a higher wine Bill simply because the wine wasn’t available that we wanted. We were served later than other guests. Never given Coffee and had to prompt for the main course. Such as shame because all the other staff looked like they were attending to their customers very well. The Singer was great, and in practice this boat trip should be amazing. We were one of the very unfortunate couples that were left with no food on time and poor customer service.

3.00I was a bit disappointed with the cruise. Here’s the things that happened. We sat down and were handed menus. I was told to pick a meal and drinks. The waiter came back and got our drink orders but never came back for our food order. Another waiter brought us our drinks. All of a sudden, the first course arrived, then the main meal (chicken). We had paid for the upgrade so I would assume I got a choice between the three options. Nope (chicken). Our waiter spent half the time chatting with a waitress so we only put one drink order in. All of the other dinner cruises I’ve done will let you know over the loudspeaker when you go by a landmark. Nothing from the boat. Have no idea what we sailed past. The food was good and we were treated well.

5.00Traffic is bad in London. Give 20-30 minutes extra. Meeting place is not to clear Salad was type of lettuce with raw salmon. Not too many takers in our group of 28. Chicken with gravy , mashed potatoes and vegetables tasty. Desert was good. Chicken was the only meat offered. Sites very good especially after dark. Good entertainment and dancing if you liked.

5.00If you have access needs, mention it at the check in area. They have a dedicated area to sit/park your chair whilst you wait to board. Remember to check the on board menu as we were not asked if we had allergies. We made sure we were served suitable food and it was fabulous. The onboard drinks options are good and fairly priced. Look for the deals. Make sure you go out on deck upstairs, you’ll have some lovely views and photos opportunities.

5.00The food was great and the staff was amazing. I especially loved the desert. Their singer was also amazing and was really fun and engaging. I wish I went with a friend or group as that would have massively elevated the experience. I recommend doing the last one of the day. Getting the night pictures of the city was amazing. I got amazing shots of Big Ben, the London Eye, and especially Tower Bridge at both day and night. Would definitely do this again.

4.00The sights were amazing especially after the sun went down. Entertainment was fun and lively. Singer was great. Food was ok. Salad was great but entree was lacking UK excellence. Another dessert option would be preferred.

5.00Perfect way to see the beauty of sunset on the Thames while enjoying a great meal. My whole family enjoyed this and would definitely recommend. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Traveled with my husband and young adult children and all said this cruise was one of the highlights of our vacation.
