Your guide will lead you directly through the museum’s masterpieces during a comprehensive orientation tour: Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Seated Scribe, the Apollo Gallery, great French paintings such as Liberty Leading the People, the apartments of Napoleon III, as well as the Richelieu Wing and its French sculptures.

1.00Do NOT book with these folks. Horrible business. They completely ruined my honeymoon vacation. We booked for a 430pm tour of Louvre with them through Viator and they never showed up. They then gaslight into thinking that we never booked when I texted them on WhatsApp the confirmation and screenshots of my booking. They were super rude on the phone about the situation when THEY were the ones who never showed up for our tour. They took our money.

5.00Victoria was fantastic! I loved seeing the famous items but I enjoyed that she showed us her favorite as well. Very informative and interesting. She also made the tour entertaining. Top marks to her!!!!!

5.00Instant access and a direct walk to the Mona Lisa, the Louve was amazing. The Mona Lisa not so much., in my opinion. My suggestion, if you have the time book tickets ahead of time and save yourself a bunch of money. For last-minute tickets and easy access, great company.

1.00We were left behind in the pouring rain We arrived at the meeting point 2 minutes late due to the weather conditions The area was so crowded with people trying to get out of the rain that we couldn’t find our tour guide We immediately called the # listed on the booking and they said they couldn’t help us we tried to find the tour inside the entrance to the Louvre but did see any group with the red flag as we were told This was a terrible experience and the we will be sure to post our horrible experience and are demanding a refund I have a copy of my phone log indicating the time and # of times we tried to reach the company and the tour guide

4.00Loved the times entry, skip the line access, and a tour guide taking us to highlighted areas. However, this tour misleading in the description it stated that the Musem Orsay was included, but it wasn’t. Here is the description- Louvre timed entry: Guided, hosted or hosted plus Musee D’Orsay. Why is the Musee D’Orsay even included in the description if it was not part of the tour.?? Frustrated Viator user.
