The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). 5.00We could not have asked for a more perfect evening. Luisa and Luigi welcomed us into their home and served us a delicious authentic meal. We learned to make guittarra pasta, sample some homemade wines and enjoy a delicious meal. But most of all we loved just being in their home hearing their stories and sharing the evening together. The translator, a friend of the couple, was also a delight to have join us. A perfect evening in Pescara.

5.00Do not miss the opportunity to experience this dinner and cooking demo at Luisa's home! We had the most amazing home cooked authentic local cuisine all four delicious courses freshly prepared by Luisa with a demonstration of making local Chieti guitar pasta. She is an incredible chef. Her home is lovely and we dined on the beautiful outdoor terrace with Luisa, her husband Pierre Louis and friend/translator Maia. They are all such wonderful people so welcoming it felt more like a dinner with close friends. This truly was one of the highlights of our entire trip!

5.00We "came across" rather by chance in a smartbox converted into the experience of the "Cesarine". After some vicissitudes to fit the date, we were finally guests by Mrs. Luisa. We were welcomed in a comfortable and familiar environment in the true sense of the word. Immediately we perceived the dedication and passion for the kitchen of Mrs. Luisa, assisted by her very nice husband! We were completely comfortable, and time flew by. The proposed menu, typically Abruzzo as previously agreed, was a crescendo of flavors of home and a journey into regional tradition! Starting from the family-produced cold cuts, we went through the exceptional "pallotte" made in full respect of tradition!! The former made us touch the tradition of Chieti with "heels" and a pleasant novelty for us with the traditional ravioli "dolci alla teramana", both homemade and with the highest quality materials. The second took us back in time with the "threshing roll", to remember past flavors, tender and tasty accompanied by sautéed seasonal vegetables. On dessert, however, Mrs. Luisa has literally outdone herself..."totare casolane" and morsels! The typical cone-shaped shortcrust cannoli filled with delicate lemon cream delighted our palates... as well as the explosion of taste biting the spectacular pastry of the morsels with cocoa and hazelnut filling! Really nice experience overall, exquisite food and great company of the hosts!!!
10/10 authentic food. Amazing host. Would do again.

5.00Stefania was absolutely amazing. Authentic food from Abruzzo was incredible. Couldn’t ask for a better host, super friendly and kind with the little Italian we spoke. Wine paring with the food was immaculate. Taught us a lot about the food she prepared and how it was unique to the region. One of the best experiences from our trip to Italy, again, could not recommend this more. We loved Stefania and her family so much!
Very fun coexistence with a delicious dinner with very friendly local people! I recommend it 100%!
