Once booked, you receive a confirmation and your details are added into their system which monitors flight status or event timings to ensure the chauffeur is aware of any changes. 2. Pre-pickup & Flight Monitoring If your transfer involves an airport, cruise terminal or scheduled arrival time, the company’s system tracks your flight in real-time so the chauffeur can adjust for delays or early arrivals. Shortly before pickup, you will receive final details: the chauffeur’s name, vehicle type, contact number , and meeting point instructions. 3.
