Enjoy a 4-5 hour fun tour with a local chauffeur/guide departing from the Port of Picton with a scenic journey to the Marlborough Wine region. Taste award winning local wines, delicious gourmet treats and view stunning landscapes as you travel from place to place.
Each cellar door offers unique styles and of course some famous Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. There is time to visit 3-4 wineries on your tour.
Savour local cuisine in a winery garden café or enjoy a wine with a cheese, meat, seafood platter overlooking the stunning Wairau Valley.
Returning to Picton in plenty of time for your ships scheduled departure you might like to include a short return drive to see spectacular views from a great look out of Picton Port, your ship and the sparkling Queen Charlotte Sound.

Saint Clair Family Estate Vineyard Kitchen
Wine tasting here for award winning wines especially Sauvignon Blanc awarded many years over. This is an option for a seriously delicious lunch with the wine tasting right at the table. Eden Gallery opposite for a little shopping spree of local kawakawa skin care and art plus much more. Lunch is at your own cost. Wine Tastings are included. They are open Wednesdays to Sundays.

5.00Really nice day out from our cruise ship. Pamela was a lot of fun. Pick up was easy, which is always a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the wineries she brought us to. Great group of people, which always makes a difference. Highly recommend!

5.00We started the tour a bit later , but it was worth the wait Pamela was a great guide , very knowledgeable and kind , we had visited 4 wineries, a chocolate factory and a strawberries farm with the ice cream, Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

5.00Great tour by Pam, exploring the wine region of Marlborough! Well planned trip with pre-arranged stops and even made adjustments to our tour to accommodate some additional requests. Efficient and great wineries visited! Avoid the high-priced ship excursions and go with this firm, very reliable and on-time.

5.00Recently we crossed by ferry to Picton and then did a bus tour through the Marlborough Wine region before staying the night in Blenheim. The country side in April with the vines showing their autumn colours was spectacular and each of the 3 wineries we visited were very hospitable and informative with their products. We went to Hunter's Wines, Saint Clair (where we also a had great cheese tray to enjoy) and finished at the Forrest winery. Add to that we finished at the Makana chocolate factory and it was a memorable trip.
