Important Information for Tour Participants To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please review the following carefully. Punctuality & Contact Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice may be treated as cancellations and may incur a fee. If you will be late, contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will provide meeting details (time/location) by the day before your tour. Please register a Japanese phone number or email address that can be reached locally. Participation Requirements & Health Eligible age: 7 to 59 years old The following individuals may not participate: Pregnant individuals (including early stages) Children under 7 years old Individuals with chronic health conditions Persons weighing 100 kg or more Anyone with concerns about stamina or fear of the sea should consult us in advance. Equipment & Safety For activities involving the sea, wearing a life jacket is mandatory. If you are unwilling to wear the equipment, participation will not be allowed. Please follow your guide’s instructions for your safety. Weather & Tides The tour runs in light rain. However, if field safety cannot be guaranteed, the tour may be canceled. If the tide level exceeds 90 cm, the tour time may be changed. Transportation & Meeting Point Depending on availability, you may be asked to come directly to the meeting point. If you require shuttle service, please contact us after your reservation is confirmed. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothes that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one in advance. Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol. About Cave Photos Photos of the cave shown are from past tours. Currently, photography is only allowed at the cave entrance. Language Support Tours are available in Japanese or English. 1.00They cancelled the first day due to weather. Rescheduled in 2 days. I woke up early, drove all the way down to their camp. To find out they cancelled again. They gave me option to do regular snorkeling at diff beach or refund. I opted for complete refund - I wasn't going to pay the full price to do a simple snorkeling trip Would have appreciated messaging the night prior for cancellation.

5.00I’ve been to many limestone caves before but this is by far the most unique one! We kayaked to the cave and explored inside which felt very sacred. The pumpkin was quite impressive. Our guide Fuka was sooo friendly and her English was great! She was so knowledgeable. 10/10 will recommend

5.00There are not many Korean reviews of Pumpkin Caves, so I had a long family and had a lot of fun. Everyone was kind to explain and I thought it was nice to see the mysterious cave. To have a special experience, try it.

5.00It's so worth it! The cave is giant, beautiful and full of corners. Our guide Fuka helped us at all times to make the tour safe, respectful of the cave and fun. Besides, he explained a lot of things about the cave.

5.00It was a really great experience from start to finish. It's definitely one of the best activities I've ever participated in and I really recommend it. I especially want to thank my coach and guide, FUKA. She was truly amazing, full of passion, energy and a positive vibe, always caring and courteous for us. I was very good at English and communication was smooth, and I was very good at taking pictures and I was able to leave many beautiful memories. The cave exploration in Namgoudong is very thrilling and worth joining. I was truly touched by the greatness of Mother Nature, as I was able to visit a sacred place where history and nature come together. Sea kayaking was also a great fun experience, enhancing communication and physical strength with my peers. The overall schedule and flow of activities are very well planned and I think it is the best experience on Miyako Island, Okinawa. Once again, thank you very much, FUKA. Of all the activities I took part in on this trip, it was definitely the best guide I had. With this unforgettable memory in mind, we are going back to Paris. Peter & Charles

5.00We chose the canoe & clock cave adventure, although the weather today is bad, but very fun (maybe because the bad weather, but better fun)! And I was fortunate to participate in this event before the bell mill becomes a protected area! Coach Fuka and Zhao are friendly, keep smiling, and the strength is very great (we can pull the whole team to the climbing part of the rock hole), so that people are very comfortable, and very professional to introduce us to the bell hole, highly recommended! Those who recommend visiting Mako Island must take this trip!

5.00It is a family of three. I couldn't go to the Blue Cave I was looking forward to, but my first sea kayaking and mystical cave was a great experience. Dundee Bearded Girl's guide, who has a lovely smile, was easy to understand and kind, and it was a smooth and secure tour. Thank you very much.

5.00The Pumpkin Tour was a much more beautiful and mysterious experience than you think. From the entrance, the unique landscape created by nature continued to be admired, and entering the cave, the silent sound of water and silver light combined, a truly special atmosphere was felt. Guides Yuri spoke both Korean and English, so the explanation was easy to understand, and the safety guidelines were carefully handled so they could enjoy the tour comfortably. Especially the last moment of climbing the cave was a little nervous, but thanks to your help, it was a wonderful memory. It was the most satisfying experience of the trip and I would like to come back with my family next time.
