Upon Arrival to the Sangster International Airport in Jamaica a driver will be at the outside awaiting you to transport you to your resort HASTLE FREE. Upon completion of the Immigration and Customs procedures take the exit to the right and head to Groovy Grouper ( section A) where a representative will have a Name Card with either your name or the Groups name. From there you'll be transported to your resort by a knowledgeable and courteous driver in a comfortable Air conditioned vehicle. For Departures, you'll be picked up atleast 3 hours before your stipulated departure time at your resorts lobby for a smooth safe transfer back to the Airport. SAFETY AND RELIABILITY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS!

5.00I was concerned after booking because my departure information was not showing. My concerns were wiped away quickly when the company sent me an email of confirmation within an hour of me booking. I was sent another confirmation before we left along with my drivers name and number. Confirmation was sent before my departure flight as well. We had a wonderful time!! Cory was an AMAZING driver to have and made us feel so safe. We got to see and do a lot feeling like we were in great hands leaving our resort daily. He went above and beyond and made sure we had a great time and everything we needed. I would recommend Cory to EVERYONE and leaving Jamaica we felt like we left a friend behind. We can't thank you enough

5.00We booked an airport service to and from our hotel-and this company was great! Ian was our driver-very friendly and accommodating. Even stopped to pick us up some Red Stripe! Very safe, very polite. Highly recommend.

5.00Please book Ian and his company for your round trip Airport/Hotel pickup. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Ian showed great patience upon our arrival at the Airport. Prior to arrival we received our contact instructions. During our ride he pointed out everything in the areas and answered any questions we had. The ride to the hotel was like a tour it self. Please also ask during your ride for any excursions and you won’t regret it. Thank you Ian for your special care we felt safe and cared for . Over and above our expectations 🤎🤎🤎🤎

5.00My family and I booked the roundtrip transfer service from Montego Bay Airport to the Hyatt Zilara. Our driver Ian was Excellent. He gave us some history of the Island on the way there and was perfectly on time for our pick up and return to the airport. The customer service communication was also top notch...we were updated every step of the way which made us feel completely at ease. I'd highly recommend this service!

5.00Had a Great Experience overall with Unforgettable Tours was able to book and quickly received communication for confirmation and additonal info about our pickup from the airport to the hotel. Our Driver Tarique was splendid, got us there safe and gave us a talking tour of Jaimaica and towns in the route. Even helped with a detour to get some snacks since traffic was a but heavy that day and we were a bit hungry. I highly recommend!
