Swap the city for roaring water on this two-day small-group escape from New York to Niagara Falls. The drive upstate eases you in, with optional stops at the world-renowned Corning Museum of Glass and, in the warmer months, the gorge trails and waterfalls of Watkins Glen State Park in the Finger Lakes. You reach Niagara in the evening for the in-depth night tour, when the American, Bridal Veil, and Horseshoe Falls glow under colored lights. After a night near the falls, day two is yours to choose: add the optional Classic Tour for Whirlpool Park, the Cave of the Winds, and either the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride in summer or historic Old Fort Niagara in the cooler season, before the ride back to New York.

Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.

Corning Museum of Glass
Corning Museum of Glass (optional, 90 min): If you’d like, stop at the world-famous Corning Museum of Glass, the heart of the American glass industry. Some 100,000 pieces fill the galleries, from colorful artworks to crystal-clear sculptures, with live glassmaking demonstrations that turn a roadside break into something memorable.
Watkins Glen State Park
Watkins Glen State Park + Finger Lakes (optional, 90 min, seasonal): When the park is open for the season, you can detour into Watkins Glen, the “Millennium Valley” in the Finger Lakes region. Its roughly two-mile gorge trail winds past more than a dozen waterfalls carved by glaciers and streams. The surrounding Finger Lakes, fourteen long and narrow lakes set side by side like fingers, round out the scenery.

Niagara Falls Night View In-depth Tour: By evening you arrive at Niagara for the night tour, “one park, two islands, three falls.” Heading deep into the park, you take in multi-angle views from Ram Island and Moon Island while Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and American Falls glow under shifting colored lights. When a fireworks show is scheduled that evening, we make sure you’re there to see it. Note: Watkins Glen + Finger Lakes is a seasonal summer stop, generally available May to October once the park officially opens. Please refer to the park’s official website for exact dates; when the park is closed, this stop is not available.

Niagara Falls State Park
Add the Classic Tour to get up close to the falls. At Whirlpool Park you look down on a 125-foot-deep natural whirlpool, formed where the river makes a sharp turn and the rapids churn back on themselves. At the Cave of the Winds, an elevator drops you into the gorge and onto walkways at the foot of the falls, close enough to feel the spray. In summer the tour finishes with the Maid of the Mist, the storied boat sailing since 1846 that carries you right into the misty basin below the falls. In the cooler season, when the boat is closed, it swaps in Old Fort Niagara State Park, a historic fort at the mouth of the Niagara River with sweeping views over Lake Ontario. Note: the Maid of the Mist usually closes in winter and is not visited during that period; the winter itinerary visits Old Fort Niagara State Park instead.
New York City
From there it’s a comfortable drive back to New York, wrapping up the trip with the sights and sounds of Niagara still fresh in mind.

5.00Great Niagara Falls tour with Nelson! The itinerary was well planned and covered all the major attractions. The only suggestion is to choose better meal-stop locations along the route with more vegetarian food options available.
Deceipfull Upgrade Accomodations. Not Worthy Views or close to Niagara Falls!!

1.00The following lies..."Scenic Area Hotel: Guests will accommodate in scenic hotel in Niagara Falls. This type of hotel is walking distance in the scenic area". ... I paid$ 671.0 9,($ 111.00 extra ) for that advertisement a room with a view. Not the view of an ugly parking lot also located far from the falls . It was all a lie, don't waste your money with any upgrade hotel options . You will be much better off with the regular hotel. 5.00We had an amazing experience visiting Niagara Falls, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful tour guide Nelson. From the very beginning to the end of the trip, he stayed with us the whole time, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were comfortable. His knowledge about the history and fun facts about Niagara Falls made the tour even more interesting and engaging. He was very patient, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions we had. What we appreciated the most was how he made everyone feel included and ensured we didn’t miss any important spots and the way he communicated both in English and Chinese to the group was commendable.

5.00The overall experience was good, the whole trip was smooth and not catchy. While it's a bit of a shame not to see the cruise, Fort Niagara is also beautiful and offers views of Lake Ontario. Guided tour of Koe professional Enthusiasm, meticulous service, likes 👍

5.00Jay was an informative, great and friendly tour guide and our driver was great. His company Jupiter Legend ran the tour really well. Tour has a lot of flexibility in booking that is helpful. It would be nice if Viator added the expected times of return and of activities to the listing so we had a better idea before needing to ask. Early April wasn’t the best option for different activities, better in summer
