1.00AVOID AT ALL COST: 100% UNRELIABLE! Never showed up for the tour, never replied to my messages pre-tour (booked weeks in advance) asking to confirm the meet-up, and after taking a cab to the starting place building, I was told by the doorman they have a bad reputation for blowing tourists off and not showing up when they're not in the mood to do the tour. Kids, literally, playing at running a business.
