Important Information for Tour Participants Please read to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. Punctuality & Notice Arrive on time. Late or no-shows may be canceled with fees. If late, contact us. Final Confirmation We’ll contact you the day before via phone or email (reachable in Japan). If you don’t hear from us by 6:00 PM, contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using your ticket. Hotel Pick-up Pick-up times may vary. Confirm the time the day before. Participation Requirements SUP: Ages 12–59 Canoe: Ages 3–65 Not for pregnant guests, kids under 3, or those with health issues. Contact us if unsure. If You’re Anxious Worried about fitness or water? Contact us in advance. Safety & Equipment Life jackets required. No participation without safety gear. Follow your guide’s instructions. Weather Tours run in light rain but may be canceled if unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Wear clothes that can get wet. No toilets—please go beforehand. No alcohol before or during the tour. Shower Facilities Showers available at the office. Bring a towel and dry clothes. Wet clothes may prevent ferry boarding. Languages Tours are in Japanese or English. May be Japanese-only depending on the day.

5.00This trip was far beyond my expectations! Our guide, Ryoma, was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The SUP experience was amazing and so much fun. Everything was well organized, and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend Pipi’s tours and would definitely join another one on my next visit.

4.00It was so fulfilling and fun that I felt it was over so quickly. It was a snorkeling and mangrove canoe cruising tour, but unfortunately, due to the time, snorkeling was not possible. The alternative was Yufushima or canyoning, so it was only half a day, but I wanted a one-day canoe alternative. This time, I want to do it again at different times. For the photo, another guide from pipi was AirDrop, so I hope it's AirDrop too. AirDrop remembers information such as location so you know where you've been. There were not many photos taken by the two of us, so it was a good idea to bring a smartphone.

5.00I made a reservation the night before, but I was guided carefully and enjoyed participating! He taught me a lot about Iriomote Island cheerfully and took a lot of photos and videos, which made for good memories!

5.00I was blessed with the weather without wind and canoeing experience! Maybe it was a good time to do so, as no one but our group was in the mangroves, we enjoyed it in a private setting☺️ I was grateful to have a shower and changing room! I left something in the car, Thank you so much for bringing your guide to the port 😭 I want to use it when I visit Iriomote Island again 🙂↕️

5.00It was an amazing experience! The mangroves are beautiful and Ryoma explained a lot of curiosities about the island and its flora. He was also very attentive and explained everything in English.
