The rich cultural and natural beauty of Waikīkī is highlighted in songs and dances of the life-giving streams that still flow into the heart of Waikīkī today, and the tender stories of Hawaiiʻs beloved monarchs, their love for their people and this famed place. Meet our kamaʻāina, our local islanders who will share with you some of the hana noʻeau (cultural arts) they grew up with here in Waikīkī. Kui lei – string a floral adornment perfect to wear for the evening’s festivities. Tatau Pasefika – tattoos can be found all throughout Polynesia. Learn about its significance and perhaps brave a temporary tattoo for the Pāʻina. And hula of course… Pāʻina Waikīkī is full of music and hula and so we invite everyone to join in.

We only had one night in Oahu before catching our cruise ship. We chose this luau because it was close and we really thought the dancers did an amazing job. The seating for VIP was great as well as the service. The food was better than expected and hit the spot. I thought a little pricy but for the extra drinks and ViP seating overall worth it.

Great experience! Food quality, all you can eat, was exceptional. Hosts, especially wait staff Briana, were attentive, providing friendly professional service. Cultural entertainment was both entertaining and educational. Venue was a plus, even for us not staying at the hotel. Will definitely do again.

I booked this because it was convenient, as we stayed in the Mariott. Service was great, and the show was good, is why I gave it two stars, but the food was pretty awful. Drinks were not good either. Not at all what I’d expect for the price, and not at all worth it. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Wonderful experience! The performances, staff, and food were exceptional. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. The host and performers did an excellent job. The roof deck ambience was calming, with beach views and a cool evening breeze. 10/10!

Overall, I was disappointed with the luau. I thought the food was just okay, nothing really special. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this event.

For the price, it was just ok. The food wasn’t amazing. My 12 yr old whom I paid full price for, didn’t like the food and only ate 2 rolls! The show got boring at times. But the fire part was very exciting. Overall, wasn’t worth the price!

We had a wonderful time! This is a MUST DO ACTIVITY if you will be in Honolulu. The food, dancing and singing were phenomenal! The luau was about 2-3 hrs long, with unlimited food and great drinks! We opted for VIP and it was definitely worth it. Though you could see the stage clearly from any seating option. The staff was also excellent! Our servers were great and so was the staff. My family has a lot of severe food allergies and the manager was able to go through the menu and tell us exactly what to stay away from to stay safe! That was a super huge bonus for us! Some restaurants don't take it seriously when you say you have food allergies, so it was a great that this luau did! They also seated us in a special area to accommodate the allergies. The manager may have literally kept me alive as I attempted to order things that I didn't know contained my allergens. He went so far as to also tell me about the menu for the following night at another event we planned to attend. He was a literal life saver! Between the entertainment, food and staff, I could not have asked for a better experience! DO NOT MISS THIS LUAU if you are in Honolulu! It is a MUST DO activity!
