5.00This was such a sublime experience. There had been a couple of days rain prior so the water was crystal clear for bamboo rafting. I loved the opportunity to not only enjoy the ride but the little ‘beach’ stop for a swim. If you get a chance to do this don’t miss out on getting in. I loved the turtle conservation which coincided with the tsunami memorial. Whilst this isn’t a very visually impressive place the work is incredible and I’m so glad we got a chance to stop by. The highlight was the reclining Buddha and the cave it resides in. This is such an incredible blend of a natural wonder and sacred spirituality in one. I had an opportunity to be in the big cave on my own and this was truly divine.
