When the visit of the Baptistery won't be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.

Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half thighs must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible

DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.

Tower tickets timing: English and Spanish at 12.00 or 12.15, German at 14.30.

Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Hot day in Pisa! Dennis, our knowledge guide glided his way through the crowds and gave us excellent information on the baptistery, cathedral & the Leaning Tower! It was a very informative tour and we enjoyed ourselves. If you’re taking the train in for the tour, it’s about a 20 -25 minute walk to the meeting place. The stroll thru the centro is lovely. If it’s hot outside, bring a hat, or umbrella & a water bottle.

Anastasia was fabulous again- I have done the tour twice in the last year with different family members and it was because of her recommendation that we knew about the Luminara Di San Ranieri and returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary this week She was very professional, informative and funny and the tour was very enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend her and the tour.

Our guide was amazing! She was funny and lively and just so full of character! She was so entertaining all our kids were into learning about everything and engaged the entire time!! 100% recommend!!

Anastasia was a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide. Although this was a relatively short tour in duration (90 minutes), Anastasia shared a lot of information about the Cathedral Square. So much history about the Cathedral, the Baptistery and Bell Tower (the Leaning Tower of Pisa).

A first class tour with Anastasia who is was an excellent guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We would throughly recommend this tour as it also includes lockers and a museum so is well worth the money.

It is a well balanced Tour going over each of the structures. The extra dedicated Tour that includes inside the Baptistry, museum and crypt building was good and well worth it. There is not a huge amount of walking compared to other tours. The steps in the Baptistry are tough but doable. No hand rail. We did not go up the tower though. We went on a golf cart Tour with Viator after and got to see more of the city.
