5.00My husband and I took this cooking class while we were traveling through Italy and we had a brilliant time. Chef Paolo was so warm and encouraging as he showed us the art of making soft dough, shaping traditional pizzas and Ligurian-style focaccia along with a few other regional favourites. 5/5 stars!
