The ascent to the Vesuvius crater requires walking uphill on loose gravel and uneven terrain. The hike is equivalent to climbing approximately 45 flights of stairs; comfortable walking shoes, a sun hat, and water are highly recommended.
Please note: Due to seasonal traffic conditions, the duration of each stop is approximate, and return times to Naples may vary.

5.00Our tour guide Geppi was the best. He was a warm and genuine person who ensured everyone enjoyed their tour. We got to see Pompeii and Vesuvius, both spectacular places to visit. Everything on the tour worked well and in time. Would go back anytime and warmly recommend Geppi.

5.00Great Tour! The tour company was prompt in pick up and return was on time. The guide for Pompeii was very knowledgeable and made the experience much better than if we had done it without a guide. It was a good choice for seeing Pompeii and Vesuvius on a cruise excursion day.
