5.00We went from Piran to Venice with a stop in Trieste. Peter gave us a history of the areas that we drove through as well some interesting nuggets of information about Trieste and Piran. What I really appreciated with Peter was his insider knowledge of the places but also the roads. He paid such careful attention to detail that he texted me a couple of days before our trip and suggested a different departure time because he was watching the traffic patterns (rush hour, construction, road closures.) This was so much appreciated! He was also 5 minutes past his arrival time, but he texted me about 20 minutes before his arrival time to let me know he was stuck in traffic. He really understands what travellers needs are and ensures that you don't have to worry about the little details. He really made sure that you were having a good vacation and was happy to answer questions about the country from historical topics to modern. I wish I spoke to him longer on our drive, but I feel asleep! Note that I can get car sick but his driving was so smooth that I was lulled to sleep. Thank you Peter!
