4.00The boat is nice, the food is good, the staff are lovely, and the itnerary is also good. We enjoyed the cooking demonstration, the cave visit, and the kayaking. This is not the tour's fault, but this trip also made me sad. Ha Long Bay is beautiful, but it is so badly polluted that it makes it hard to enjoy. We were looking forward to getting away from the city to breathe in some clean air. Unfortunately, you will not find clean air in Ha Long Bay. The water was also very dirty and did not feel safe to swim in.

5.00From the mini bus to the wonderful boat, all was top quality. Our host was magnificent, who participated in everything the cruise had to offer. Our cabin on board was regal, including a very large bath. The food was good. The bar staff very obliging. The clientele were international and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Hanoi. Thank you My Host.

5.00This trip exceeded our expectations, the boat was super clean and beautiful. It’s full of fun activities, but you’re also allowed to skip some and just relax if you want to. My boyfriend and I ended up singing Karaoke and drinking with the crew all night, and is definitely something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

5.00What an experience! Its just a shame it had to end! We could not fault one tiny part of this tour. From the moment we were picked up right on time from our accomodation, to arrival at destination it all went seamlessly. We were met by the friendliest of staff who continued to provide all that we needed during our stay with Pelican Cruises. The professional manner in which they conducted themselves was second to none. The rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing and plentiful. The activities arranged for the passengers were excellent and suited all age groups. I can highly recommend Pelican Cruises to anyone seeking a five star experience!
