5.00An amazing, efficient and personable experience. Our driver checked in on us the day before we travelled, knew to arrive earlier than requested, checked our flight status when we landed, kept in touch with us while we went through customs and picked up luggage much quicker than expected, and gave us clear instructions on what he needed to know (which terminal we were at) and where to meet him (drop off zone). We could not have asked for anything more friendly than what we received. Thank you so much for taking care of us on our arrival day. It certainly gave us the confidence for the rest of our trip!
