After hotel pickup in Tulum, you’re whisked away by private vehicle to Coba, meaning ‘water stirred by wind’ in the Mayan language. Take a personalized tour of this ancient urban center surrounded by rainforest, lakes, and cenotes. Walk under the trees and observe birds and other wildlife. View the temples of one of the most impressive Maya archaeological sites and, if you feel more adventurous, climb the tallest pyramid in the Yucatán Peninsula: Nohoch Muul. A view from the jungle canopy will be your reward.
Tulum
Next, you’re driven to the Tulum ruins, perched above a white-sand beach on the Mexican Caribbean. Stroll the restored grounds with your guide and learn the significance of structures such as El Castillo.

Having your own private tour guide was so nice and by far the best route to go. Our guide was Antonio (tony) and he was very knowledgable and experienced. The tulum ruins were beautiful but unfortanty the waves were rough so access to the beach was shut off. Still a great tour, we went mid day and it was pretty crowded.
