5.00In this tour, we visit local chocolatiers and the interesting part is that each has some unique twist for their classic Belgian recipes. The guide and these passionate chocolatiers spoke about the sourcing of their ingredients and their innovative techniques. Sampling pralines filled with ganache will remain as a pleasant memory for me.
