Bring sunscreen, hats and sunglasses during the summer months.
Wear sensible shoes. The ground at Zion National Park can be slick after a rain, rocky and uneven. Sturdy, toe-covering shoes like sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel
As you drive through the Mt. Carmel Highway Tunnel in Zion National Park, you'll embark on a journey through one of the park's most impressive engineering marvels. This historic tunnel, carved through solid sandstone, spans over a mile and offers a unique experience as you travel between towering cliffs and sweeping vistas. Inside the tunnel, you'll notice the periodic "gallery windows" cut into the rock, providing glimpses of the breathtaking scenery outside. These windows offer brief but spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, showcasing the contrast between the dark tunnel interior and the bright, sunlit canyon beyond. Upon exiting the tunnel, you'll be greeted by stunning views of Zion's dramatic cliffs, deep canyons, and unique rock formations. The drive through the Mt. 5.00Our trip to Zion was absolutely fabulous. It was perfect in every way, beautiful scenery, an awesome guide, luxurious transportation, guided hikes. Our first hike was to Canyon overlook. It was a little scary for Florida people, but it was a lot of fun and absolutely worth every step. Jay our guide showed us how to traverse the trail and literally held my hand at times. I strongly suggest taking this tour, Thank you Jay. You definitely made it a perfect day for silent Bob and myself .

5.00Trip was amazing and Jay our driver and guide was outstanding. He knew the best places to stop for pics and hike.... super prepared and knowledgeable about Zion ... it was a great day and Jay made it enjoyable. I would do this trip again!

5.00My daughter and I just finished a tour of Zion National Park with Jay. I can’t say enough about his communication, patience and how at ease he put us on our tour. Comfy, clean touring SUV, waters, historical info, bathroom stops…Jay had everything covered. He was very open about physical/skill level on the trails and took his time with us adjusting to the altitude. Thank you, Jay, for helping us make this core memory!!!

5.00Zion is spectacularly beautiful and Jay was a great tour guide! We only had one day there and were able to hit the highlights with Jay’s guidance. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and made sure that everyone was safe and comfortable. This was a great trip for a small group of friends and family. He communicated with us the day before to go over all essential information. I would highly recommend this trip!

5.00Lorenzo provided a great trip! The pick-up and drop-off at our hotel was very nice. He speak three languages fluently and provided information well, switching as needed. It was a HOT day at Zion and a little crowded, but not weekend crowded. We chose a reroute for our second hike to a cool stream. We also ate a sit down lunch rather than fast food once outside the park. Zion is breathtaking. There were six total guests in our van. Some chose to hike more slowly or not at all given the heat and personal physical condition. Lorenzo worked with everyone giving encouragement, a pause or hand up.

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! I unfortunately made the mistake of putting my faith in this company and booking the guided Photography tour for a very special occassion. The company we're very happy to take my money, but with then less than 36 hours notice, they simply sent a very lame text message stating they were cancelling it, and if I couldn't amend my dates then they would offer me a "free" cancellation. Absolutely no empathy or thought for how this will affect the customer, and the notion that we should be grateful that the cancellation would be free is just arrogant and rude. They even suggested I contact other companies I had booked activities with and get them to reschedule the booking just so it would fit with their own. Unbelievable! Now I have to wait for the refund to come through which can take up to 7 days and at the same time try to find a decent company that will provide a better service at last minute. Shocking communication and terrible customer service. Please save the disappointment and spend your money with a superior company with better morals.
