  We had such an awesome time doing the kayaking tour and hike through the Aokigahara Forest. Honestly one of the coolest experiences from our trip to Japan. Grahame was an amazing guide and just really fun to spend the day with. He taught us a ton about Mt. Fuji, the forest, and the surrounding area, and you could tell he really loves what he does. He also helped us so much with our Japanese throughout the day which we really appreciated. It made everything feel way less intimidating and a lot more fun. The kayaking and hiking were both beautiful, but one of the best parts was this little restaurant he brought us to that was kind of tucked off the side of the road. The view was incredible. The mountains, the forest, and a small lake all right there while we ate. And somehow he still topped the day off by surprising us with a speed boat ride at the end, which was such a fun way to go out with a bang. We’d 100% recommend Grahame and his company to anyone thinking about doing a tour around Mt. Fuji. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  This tour was amazing and Grahame made it feel very personal. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the forest and often stopped to show us things that we didn’t notice.

  Great hike through Aokigahara Forest, learning about its origin and history and cultural significance. Graham is a Great guide, very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable.

  My initial correspondence was with Grahame and it was excellent. He responded immediately and made some great suggestions for us. On his advice we decided on the private tour including the early morning Kayak paddle. CJ our guide was waiting for us in the hotel and took us down to the shop where a freshly brewed hot coffee was waiting for us in an insulated mug to take on the kayak with us. A very nice touch being coffee lovers. What an amazing morning to be on the lake. Simply stunning. A very special way to view Mt Fuji. CJ couldn’t do enough for us and made the day so relaxed and enjoyable. My wife wanted to visit the Fuji Shibazakura Festival. This was not part of our tour but it was no problem for CJ, paying for our entry fees as well. We visited a traditional village and CJ then recommended a little family run restaurant on the side of the lake for lunch, which was brilliant. After the tour they gave us two electric bikes for a ride around the lake. We cannot recommend these guys enough.

  We had a wonderful day with CJ exploring the region of Kawaguchiko! We were blessed with sunny skies and an incredible view of Mount Fuji, so we asked to get the most out of that. We started off with a kayaking tour that led to some breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and then we explored some other very scenic spots including a traditional Japanese village. CJ was extremely knowledgeable about the area, drove very safely and was just overall lovely. We cannot recommend this tour company enough if you’re taking a trip to the Fuji Five Lakes region. Thank you for making our first Japan trip so memorable!

  I had a really good time with Graham and CJ, our guides. I came with some friends to explore mt. Koyodai and the Jukai forest, and enjoyed it very much. The guides were knowledgeable and kind, and the overall experience was very convenient and relaxing.

  We had an unforgettable day exploring the Mount Fuji area with Graham. He planned the perfect itinerary, making sure we saw the most breathtaking sights while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable. His knowledge of the region, its history, and the best viewing spots added so much to the experience. He was also wonderful with our nine-year-old daughter, who can be hard to keep entertained. He made her feel included and kept her interested throughout the day, which meant a lot to us. The views were incredible, but it was Graham’s guidance that truly made the day memorable.
