5.00Excellent service from pick up to drop off. Pick up from hotel was on time. Met a English speaking tour guide named Cooper who was great. Offered us coffee/hot chocolate. We also had a trainee on board to assist. There was also a driver and someone manning the back of the boat. Took us to 4 different places and we could decide how long we wanted to stay at each. They brought us our lunch on the beach on Hong Island. They did have a fruit plate for us on the boat ride home but it was quite bumpy so we did not really eat it. They did provide our 4 yr old juice and chips which was nice. Overall really good experience!
