Poor communication, book with another company.

1.00We were told one meeting point, we showed up there along with two other couples, waiting for the same tour. We were then sent another location 15 minutes away so it was too late to make it on time. Poor communication. I am requesting a refund and hope others DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR DUE TO POOR AND INACCURATE INFORMATION.

1.00David was hands down the worst tour guide I’ve ever had. He showed up over 20 minutes late, leaving us standing there wondering if we’d been completely scammed because there was no working after hours contact to reach anyone. The tour was advertised in English, but we could barely understand a word he said. We spent more time trying to decipher his commentary than actually enjoying Rome. Even after telling him we couldn’t understand him, nothing changed. He came across as rude, grumpy, and completely checked out. To make matters worse, the few facts we could understand were flat out wrong, which made us question whether he knew what he was talking about at all. Do yourself a favor and book literally any other company. You’d learn more reading Wikipedia on the walk to the meeting point than you will on this tour. It was an expensive disappointment from beginning to end.

5.00NICCO was absolutely amazing. He was so smart and made the tour enjoyable. He spoke English very well. He didn’t rush us or anything. It was such a relaxing night. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Andy our guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Great insight into rome and very passionate about his city which made the tour even better. Plus racing round in rome in a golf buggy is great!
Great way to see alot of the sites around Roma

5.00Miguel was a great tour guide. He was full of information about the sites we stopped at and others he pointed out along the way. Seeing the city this way was a nice change to walking 20 miles a day. Seeing some of the sites lit up at night was beautiful

3.00Was not worth $400/3ppl. Hard to see at night. Tour guide was knowledgeable but couldn’t understand him. He was nice and feel like he did his job but so hard to interpret what he was saying. Not all stops were included. Can’t see well or hear well from back of golf cart. Don’t sit in back if prone to motion sickness. Cars coming right up close to you so may make someone nervous on back.

5.00This was the highlight of our trip! Sam was exceptional and made the experience first class. Getting to see the major sites of Rome at night in a small tour was the best way to experience it. Sam's knowledge of Roman history was very impressive. I would recommend this experience to anyone!
