• The only excursion our whole family loved.

  Our family of eight (three adults, four kids ages 9–15, and Grandma in her 70s) booked the full-day private Rose Island excursion with Captain Q, and it was the highlight of our entire Bahamas trip and we did a lot of other activities as well. Communication was excellent from the beginning. We received clear information about pricing, where to meet, what to bring, and Captain Q even called us about 10 minutes before pickup to make sure everything went smoothly. The boat was on time, well-stocked with cold drinks and snacks, and we were able to play our own music throughout the day. It was incredibly safe, life vests, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, new boat that was clearly well loved and exquisitely clean. There wasn’t a grain of sand on board when we started. The experience itself was incredible. We visited beautiful little islands that looked like they belonged on a movie set, snorkeled in calm, crystal-clear water, swam with sea turtles, explored coral reefs and seagrass habitats, relaxed on private beaches, enjoyed the famous swings, and even swam with the pigs. Honestly, that sounded random at first, but it turned out to be hilarious and surprisingly fun. Captain Q was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the area along with local history and information, and he was incredibly accommodating to our group, which included different ages, fitness levels, and a few injuries. We never felt rushed. The pace of the day was entirely our own which was wonderful, island vibes all the way. Lunch at the floating restaurant was delicious, and the entire experience felt like a great value. Considering how expensive many activities and services at the resorts can be, this excursion was very fairly priced and absolutely worth every penny. I cannot recommend Captain Q and Baha Water Tours highly enough. If you're only going to do one excursion while you're in the Bahamas, make it this one.

  Captain Q was great. We had an exceptional time- our family arranged from ages 3 to 73 and everyone had a wonderful time!

  So happy we booked with Captain Tegge. His energy was unmatched! We saw turtles, snorkeled over vibrant coral, and swam with the most beautiful fish. Lunch at the floating bar was a whole vibe 10/10 experience 🐢🌊✨

  Amazing experience from start to finish! The captain and crew were professional, friendly, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The views were incredible and the entire trip exceeded our expectations. If you’re thinking about booking a charter, don’t hesitate—this is hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!

  We booked an 8-hour private boat tour, and it ended up being the best day of our entire trip. Q was our captain and J our co-captain, and they made the experience incredibly fun for our kids. We visited Gilligan’s Island, snorkeled with sea turtles, stopped at Rose Island to swim and feed the pigs, and enjoyed lunch at a floating bar and grill. From start to finish, the day was an absolute blast—and the boat itself was beautiful.

  The absolute best excursion you can do when visiting the Bahamas. Don’t waste your time with any of the other. Bahawater tours captains, and crew are the most accommodating and loving guys. When traveling to the Bahamas with my family they really made us feel like we were at home. I will happily give this a 10 out of 10 excursion for any of the tours that they offer
