The Sunset Bike and Brothel Tour is an exploratory tour on bicycles, usually 3.5 hours long, beginning in the early evening, and giving a comprehensive look at Salt Lake City as the Crossroads of the West, and an extra focus on different areas of interest concerning prostitution history in the City. Groups ride bikes to all points of interest in the greater downtown area, historical and current. Multiple stops along the way for breaks, photos, and good old rest. Together, we gain an excellent vantage point of the City and enjoy a sparkling beverage together, provided by your guide. Questions are fielded by your personal, friendly, and locally-based tour guide. Stopping for a bite to eat is always an option.

We provide bicycles, helmets, and water in bottles to drink.

Several people bailed so I ended up having the tour guide all to myself and had the most wonderful time learning all about different areas of Salt Lake City. We rode about 7 miles in just over two hours and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Jace was a great guide and so full of knowledge. I really didn’t expect to learn so much about the area. It was awesome that it was just us because it felt like a personal tour. He was attentive and made sure we didn’t get lost or run over.

The bike tour with James was fabulous! He guided us all around town providing us with history and current events of SLC. We felt safe following James along the route through the city. Highly recommend!

Such a great tour and learned so much about the city. So much more to this city and loved experiencing it from a bike. Highly recommend to get out and try something new. It was great as a visitor to the city and for my friend that had moved there several years ago.

This tour was the highlight of our trip! The tour guides were knowledgeable and the bike ride is a great way to see the city. Bike riders of any skill level can do it (because I haven’t been on a bike in ten years and did it).

What a nice way to spend an evening. James was delightful. Gilgal Garden, aka the weird Mormon sculpture garden, was a hidden gem we would never have found on our own. Also the sister wives houses. And the little treat he surprised us with at the end. We had a great time.

My friend and I were recently in SLC for a convention. We found this tour through an internet search and we couldn’t have been happier! James, the owner the company, guided us on the Sunset Bike and Brothel Tour. We are happy that we took this tour at the beginning of our trip as James gave us very helpful Information about SLC (good places to eat and other fun things to do around the city) as well as interesting history of the city! James is very professional and accommodating. We also took a hiking tour, also offered through Salt Lake Bike Tours, with Jace. Again, we couldn’t have been happier as Jace also gave us interesting facts and history of SLC as well as giving us tips on places to eat! All recommendations for places to eat were delicious!!! We both felt that the tours and this tour company was the BEST that either of us have taken. We both would highly recommend using this company for a tour of SLC!

We loved our tour. James was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We couldn’t ask more from a bike tour guide. We learned a lot about Salt Lake City. We would highly recommend this tour.
