This tour would have been great and a 5 star review, however our friend got hurt on the tour ~ broken foot once we got her x-rayed. Her bike seat was giving her trouble the whole time and had to be adjusted multiple times. I can imagine she wasn't feeling as comfortable with the bike as the rest of us, due to this issue. After the accident happened, the tour guide mentioned he was worried about the spot where she fell. I am not blaming him, but it did put a damper on her vacation and her life for the next 8 weeks while it heals. If there are corners or hills that are a little risky, maybe some extra warnings or cautions could be mentioned ahead of time.

Bill was a great tour guide. He made sure we were all comfortable riding the E-Bikes. As a first timer, I was truly impressed with Bill making sure I was not only safe but comfortable on the E-Bike. Great stops with some history and fun facts.

This is a great way to see the Area…We had Bill for our guide, five of five for the service, the tour, our guide and the equipment. Reservations -easy, communication - great, value - outstanding. If you read my reviews you know I don’t give five stars, that must be earned. We met at their shop and discovered we will be riding RAD Powerbikes. They were in great shape and we just did a couple adjustments. We ride bikes almost everyday day so we just took a couple laps of the parking lot to get comfortable and then we were off. On our 27 mile journey we went all over town, parks, golf courses, art installations and more. Bill was very good to explain what to expect and how to navigate each segment. We stopped a number of times for photos and Bill shared interesting tidbits about things we were seeing. Just the right balance of riding, talking, photos, etc. We even got a short hike in when we stopped at hole in the rock. On our ride, Bill led the way and we safely navigated trails and bike paths all over town, perhaps multiple towns. So glad we took a tour with a guide, lots of trails and lots to see and we never got lost. The sights are the sights and the trails are the trails. What made this a five star experience was the service and especially our guide. If you are looking for a great ride, give them a call and even ask for Bill…you won’t be disappointed…

Our tour guide, Terry, took us on a lovely bike ride through the paved trails of the Greenbelt. She was happy to cater to our needs or any requests. We only stopped two or three times to discuss points of interest so this is geared toward biking more and talking less. It was a great way to spend a Sunday morning.

This was a really nice ride to get an overview of Scottsdale in Tempe via V very nice green belt multi used path. Our guide, Bill, was great and informative and made sure to pay attention to what everyone needed. All of the bikes were in good condition. We did clock the ride at closer to 25 miles, which we were happy about, but everyone should be aware. The average moving pace was about 15 to 16 mph, but even those in our group who are not regular riders, had no problem, keeping up with the E bikes. They do have a couple of conventional bicycles available, they are entry-level mountain bike bikes, with soft front forks, and there are a few spots where it was challenging, even as a very regular writer, to keep up with the E bikes, but if you are fit and prefer to get more exercise, that is an option for you.

This is a must do! Todd was very knowledgeable and the ride was incredibly beautiful and fun! We rode on the green belt and not on the road. Safety was a priority.
