4.00The WalknTours itself was excellent! The narration, sound effects and music were perfect and directions so clear it was like having someone in person leading the tour. I also listened to it again later to fill in more details. My only problem was getting started. I had my ticket through Viator, but it would have been helpful if the instructions said to completely download the experience before going to starting spot. Thankfully, the Boston visitor center was able to get me started.

4.00Easy enjoyable walk, lovely weather, informative info on the audio, getting to the start was a bit confusing. Wonderful idea that the tour inteoduced us to a lot of downtown Boston. Few interruptions on the walk when a location was closed or construction eliminated the trail leading to confusion.

5.00The Self Guided Freedom Trail walking tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Boston! It was incredibly cheap for the quality of storytelling and interesting information provided and took just about as much time as I would've hoped. I found myself totally present and connected with the city of Boston. I even stopped at Salumeria Italiana, an old Italian deli in the north end, for a delicious sandwich followed by a shot of espresso from across the street. If you want to feel connected with the city and enhance your time there, I would highly recommend this walking tour as it deepened my knowledge and interest in this great city!

4.00Walking tour took at least 3 hours. Lots of interesting tidbits of information. It was easy to follow the red brick line.
Very engaging . Easy to follow and informative. Nice sound effects and music. Good pace overall.

3.00The information was very good. The playing of the information was sometimes difficult. Going between pages wasn't always smooth. Often it went back to the beginning and restart. It also has location tied in to the playing so that if you aren't in the location, the information can't be listened to. It is unlimited to use but you must be in biston on the freedom trail to play it.
