We start with a walk through the vineyards, immersed in the heart of Chianti, to reach the picturesque church of San Giorgio a Lapi, dating back to 1100. Here you can admire three splendid frescoes by Nasini, a true hidden jewel.
After the visit, we will enter our cellars to discover the winemaking and aging process of the wine. And to top it off, a tasting is waiting for you on our panoramic terrace, overlooking the Crete Senesi, accompanied by a lunch with the best typical Tuscan products, all in the shade of an ancient white mulberry tree. Winery San Giorgio A Lapi
Stroll through the vineyards in the heart of Chianti and discover the territory that gives rise to our wines. Visit the church of San Giorgio a Lapi, an 11th century jewel immersed in the Tuscan countryside that houses precious frescoes by the Nasini family. Continue with the guided tour of the winemaking and aging cellars, where you can learn about every stage of production, from harvest to aging, and discover the history and tradition of a family-run winery located between Chianti and Crete Senesi.

5.00Lovely family winery. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating staff. Amazing they produce over 100,000 bottles a year. Hope I got that right. Only 20 minutes from Siena. Their bottle labels designed by an artist are works of art. If you are in the area recommend visiting this charming winery.

5.00Beautiful day with a very nice and informative tour guide. The food and wine was perfect. I believe we were very fortunate because we were the only two people there that day and they still gave us the tour with the tastings. I would definitely return at some point when I make it back to Siena.

5.00Wonderful tour guide, beautiful day, lovely meal and very good wine. There was a mixup with our reservation and yet they were gracious and accommodating. The description and wine tasting exceeded expectation. My favorite part of the meal was the dessert biscotti with a dipping crème and my sister loved the dessert wine.

5.00We had a wonderful tour of the San Giorgio a Lapi winery, followed by lunch and 4 rounds of wine tasting. The winery is a small family owned vineyard producing c.100k bottles a year and much less commercial than some of the other nearby vineyards. Jessie the guide was very knowledgeable & super friendly - he also made the visit more interesting for the kids by involving them in the tour. Wines are also v reasonably priced for those looking to bring back some souvenirs!

5.00This was the most fantastic winery tour!! Our guide Jessie was very informative and had a great sense of humor !! The tour was great but the lunch was so so good!!! And the wines were amazing!!!
