  My family had the pleasure of doing an evening cooking class at Chiara’s home. Which was beyond lovely. Chiara was warm and enthusiastic as soon as we walked through her door. We felt instantly at home and she was clearly passionate about providing us a great experience. we entered the home and she had appetizers waiting for us with wine and water. She sat with us and chatted for a little bit . Then we were off making tiramisu - She guided us through the steps as each one of us made an individual bowl. The pasta making was so much fun - she spent time explaining the process then standing by each of us guiding. Half of us used a pasta machine to roll the dough and make the noodles and the other half learned how to roll out the dough by hand and cut the noodles by hand. The evening was an unforgettable experience,besides learning how to cook some dishes we were able to get a sense how people lived in Milan- exactly what you want on vacation.   We had a great time; Chiarra makes you feel at ease right away in her charming, typical apartment. We had a lot of laughs and especially enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Chiarra; we will come back with a tarte tatin.

  This was such a fun experience. Chiara was very welcoming, and we were surprised how good our pasta tasted. She was also flexible and accommodated some dietary preferences. I am excited now to make my own pasta at home. I would definitely recommend doing this while you are in Milan.

  The cooking class with Chiara was a very nice experience of our trip. Upon arrival, you immediately feel welcome and at home like with friends. Chiara is a warm host who guides the evening with great passion and patience. Preparing the fresh pasta by oneself was interesting – even without prior knowledge, one could end up making perfect tagliatelle. What was particularly nice was that Chiara shared many personal tips and little secrets of Italian cuisine. The tiramisu was also fantastic and surprisingly easy to make. The atmosphere was authentic, relaxed, and very personal. In addition, there were great conversations in a small group of 5 people, a cozy environment, and a true Italian lifestyle right in the heart of Milan. Anyone who wants to not only cook but truly experience Italy should definitely book this course. Absolute recommendation!

  If you’re looking for one of the best experiences in Milan, this pasta and tiramisu class with Chiara is an absolute must. From the moment we arrived, Chiara made us feel so welcome, like cooking in the home of a close friend rather than attending a class. Her warmth, patience, and passion for Italian cuisine made the entire experience unforgettable. The class itself was incredible — hands-on, fun, and perfectly paced. Chiara explained every step so clearly, from making fresh pasta from scratch to creating the most delicious, authentic tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. She shared not only techniques, but also stories and traditions behind the recipes, which made the experience feel truly special and personal. What stood out most was Chiara’s energy and attention to detail. She made sure we were both involved, laughing, learning, and enjoying ourselves the whole time. Even if you’ve never cooked before, she makes the process easy and enjoyable. And the food… absolutely amazing. Sitting down at the end to enjoy the fresh pasta and homemade tiramisu we created together was the perfect ending to a perfect experience. This was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Milan. I would recommend this class to anyone — couples, families, solo travelers, or groups of friends.   Chiara was not only an exceptional host and knowledgeable chef, she was patient, helpful and most engaging. After this experience, I would have still been delighted at twice the price! She made us feel like family from our introduction through a heart felt goodbye!

  My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class with Chiara! The class was held in the host’s home, which made it feel incredibly warm, personal, and authentic—so different from a typical commercial cooking experience. There were only five of us in total, which made it very intimate and allowed for plenty of hands-on time and individual attention. The host was welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing both the techniques and the cultural traditions behind the dishes. We made fresh pasta from scratch and a classic tiramisu, and everything was explained in a way that felt approachable, even for beginners. It was so satisfying to learn the process step-by-step and then sit down together to enjoy the meal we created. Overall, it felt less like a class and more like being invited into someone’s home for a meaningful, memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Milan who wants something personal, delicious, and truly Italian.

  I came across this activity while browsing for things to do during my short layover in Milano. Definitely have no regrets signing up and participating in this activity. Chiara, the homeowner and the hostess of this activity was the best. Upon arrival at her home I was greeted with warm smiles, Italian snacks, cheese, and wine. She gave clear instructions during the lesson which made it simple and easy to follow along. Definitely check this activity out when you have the chance!

  We were warmly welcomed by Chiara in her house, full of charm. The aperitif was like Chiara, gourmet and delicious. On the program, relaxation and good mood around the kitchen. The kids loved making their own tagliatelle and tiramisu. Chiara was very attentive to everyone's taste. For example, children were able to adapt their tiramisu with red fruits. Having prepared these dishes was all the more pleasant and tasty! Thank you very much for your welcome and your impeccable French! 🫶🏻
