  The people in red who are supposed to be running things sent us from stop to stop and bus to bus to finally take us on a ride that did not match the advertised route and had very little audio information. It was a disaster.

  This was a terrible experience. We got on the bus at 10am. There was an event going in town. The route was changed without notice. Only way I found out it had been changed was because another passenger on the bus had found out. They took us through a bunch of residential areas and around the city hall twice, and then at a stop they told us we all had to get off and they were going out of service. This was at 11 o’clock in the morning. We walked almost 5 miles to get to where the boat ride was supposed to be and the boat ride had closed down until 3:30 in the afternoon. We had to be back at our boat by four. The buses were not going to run again until 4 o’clock. We had to take a taxi back to the port which was 601 Swedish Krona. It was a big waste of money. If they were making changes to the itinerary, they should have notified us. I wish I could get a refund.

  Due to the kings Anniversary could not do the canal boat trip. When I got to the drop point for the canal boat ride it was closed! Also the drop off point for the Vasa Museum was over 3/4 mile away.

• Almost no information on the bus tour

  The boat tour was okay and informative, but the bus tour was a disaster. The music played on a loop, but you received almost no information about the city. From time to time, a building was mentioned (castle, town hall…). We actually wanted to get an overview of the city, including the naming of districts, buildings, and history, but this was mainly replaced by music on the audio guide. Very unfortunate!

• One should forgo this hop on hop off bus tour in Stockholm!

  The worst tour we have experienced so far. We have done this type of tour in many European cities. This tour on the afternoon of June 10, 2026, was catastrophic. The audio guide was limited to repetitive music, and when one of the very few explanations came, they were very sparse and mostly only after the sight had already passed. No amount of criticism helped with the bus driver.

  The buses audio on two buses did not work well, and then just played repetitive music over and over and over and over at one stop we waited almost 45 minutes for the bus to come The boat hop on hop off on the other hand was very good!!!

  Dear Sir or Madam, At the end of May, my niece and I visited Stockholm and decided to purchase tickets for your Hop-On Hop-Off boat service to enjoy and discover the city. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very disappointing experience. When we bought our tickets, we were informed that the next boat would arrive within 20 minutes. However, we waited for over one hour and no boat arrived. Concerned about the delay, my niece approached one of your guides to ask for information about the boat. The guide was extremely rude and unhelpful. He informed her that the boat currently at the dock was not our boat and then pushed her forcefully. We found this behavior completely unacceptable and very upsetting. As paying customers and visitors to Stockholm, we expected professional and respectful treatment. Instead, we experienced poor service, misinformation, and unacceptable conduct from a member of your staff. His name is Magnus and I want to let know about his behavior because it was a very bad experience for us as clients and for the company to had a person as him working for your company. You have very bad reviews for this tour and unfortunately we didn't see before to buy the tickets. Magnus didn't want to apologize with my niece. He had a very actitude when somebody from the company ask him to come and talk with my niece. His behavior was worst than when he pushed my niece. We don't want remboursement neither apologies from you because when something like this happens is to late to apologize. Bad experience in Stockholm. Hopefully nothing like this situation happens again with your clients. Thanks

  Having done a Red Sightseeing hop on hop off in Copenhagen a few days earlier, this just wasn't quite up to the level of the Copenhagen experience.
