Tortellini, also called "Love knots", is the traditional dish in the area. At our place is Mamma Ivana who teaches you the tricks of the trade. The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini. Then you will learn all the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta, how is the meat filling and how to create the perfect Love Knot. After the lesson, you can sit down in our restaurant and enjoy your tortellini +water+glas of wine+ home-made Sbrisolona tart as a dessert.

5.00Today we were allowed to join the Tortellini cooking class with Mamma Ivanna and say “Grazie mille” for the beautiful hours with her at the “Ristorante Giardini di Borghetto” After the welcome we started quickly, Ivanna showed us the individual steps to make the delicious Valeggio tortellini, after which we were allowed - under the critical eyes of Ivanna - to make the dough ourselves! It was very nice, funny and Ivanna and Mirco were always at our side with advice and deed! The finished tortellini were later served to us in the beautiful Ristorante along with fresh bread, fine wine and a great dessert! We can recommend the course 100% - a great gift idea that went down very well with us! Continued success and best regards from Bavaria, Marion, Thomas, Christl and Willi

5.00We want to thank Serena and Ivana for an amazing workshop! We learned a lot about pasta! With a patient and pleasant attitude. We managed to make an impressive amount of wonderful tortellini and then we sat and ate everything we made, it was a pleasure!
