  Fantastic trip to explore the natural landscape of Lanzarote. Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua were both amazing, but Timanfaya National Park was our personal highlight. It's absolutely stunning, and huge credit to our driver Sebastian for navigating the bus through the volcanoes! Rachel our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch stop was worth the money too and broke the day up nicely. Can't recommend this trip highly enough. A brilliant day!

  Highly recommended, with no waiting times at all the entrances to the most emblematic sites of Lanzarote. Raquel, our guide, was very friendly and kind and explained everything very well. and And Sebastián, the driver, was excellent, safe driving and sometimes even making jokes. If you can book the experience.

  The tour is very well organized. From the pickup to the individual tours and lunch, everything is planned down to the minute. However, there is nowhere that you have too little time; everything fits perfectly. This way, you have a good opportunity to visit many destinations in a "short" time of an entire day. The sights are worth every penny. Anyone who is in Lanzarote should definitely have visited these places! Our tour guide was very friendly and sweetened our day with a touch of humor. The day itself was a complete success. Deductions in the B note, but unfortunately worth mentioning. Just before the last stop, the air conditioning in our bus failed. With nearly 26 degrees Celsius outside and 75 people in a bus, this was nearly unbearable. Many experienced nausea and circulation problems. This was dismissed with "we have a double-decker, we cannot get 2 replacement buses." We just have to get through this now." - unfortunate. That went poorly. Therefore, we were all happy to be back at the hotels, even though the trip was really great!

  This tour was just what I hoped it would be, bringing the highlights of the island’s natural history into on day. The caves was the highlight for me, but the demonstrations with the different heat levels of the rocks was fascinating. The guide and the driver were both brilliant - the latter had to be with all those tricky, tight turns as we navigated through the volcanos! • Misleading advertising.

  I paid for a tour with three tickets, and when I arrived at the bus, a person named Nazaret started telling me that I only had two tickets paid for and that if I wanted to enter, I had to pay. I felt very bad because the way she said it was not correct, very nervous, speaking to me in a raised voice. I felt pressured and, of course, it was misleading advertising, so for me, a wonderful vacation day started off badly and it really dampens the situation. So the guide Nazaret did not leave a good impression on me, and I had to deal with her for the entire tour.

  Is ok the price is high but the itinerary is good the food was good the camel ride Good Communication could be better pick up from hotel and not bus station

  It is one of the most complete tours you can do on the island. Vanesa, the guide, tells you everything and more about the places you visit with great ease and friendliness, and she is a good organizer and empathetic with all the participants!! The tour includes all the entries to the sites that require them, and they pick you up near the place where you are staying (and drop you off afterward).
