Our driver went beyond the call to duty. It was pouring rain and we didn’t know the layout of the train station. He asked us to meet him in front of the train station-we had not idea where that was. He went out in the pouring rain looking for us around the perimeter. He found us! He was such a blessing.

Amad was very patient, very kind with us. Traveling with senior parents and a dog is not easy. He made me feel at peace when he communicated with me with advance time. He texted us 40 minutes prior from the train arriving. He sent us pictures and was interested in finding us and making us feel confortable.

The driver was in contact with us the day before. As well as the day of pick up Meet us as stated in description. Van was clean. Definitely I would use him again. Great service.

Great driver involvement. It’s a hectic area and our driver called and found us. He told us exactly how to walk to the road he was on and waved to us so we would see him.
