Meet your guide and group in the historic center and dive straight into Veronese morning life. Your first stop is a beloved café for the classic breakfast: Espresso paired with Risino, a traditional pastry that locals have enjoyed for generations.
As you stroll through charming streets, your guide shares the stories behind the places locals love. You'll visit a historic Osteria to taste handmade meatballs prepared with time-honored recipes, then settle into a welcoming Trattoria for the star of Veronese cuisine: risotto all'Amarone, infused with the region's prized Valpolicella wine.
The journey continues at an elegant wine bar, where a guided tasting of 3 local wines reveals why this region's winemaking tradition is celebrated worldwide.
Your final stop? An artisanal gelateria for the perfect sweet ending to your morning.

5.00Romina was a friendly, engaging host who took us around Verona explaining lots of interesting facts and historical information. All the food and drink we had was absolutely delicious. A great way to sample some local delicacies whilst learning some history.

5.00Our guide Alessandra was friendly, knowledgeable and the food/wine well curated. We stopped for coffee and pastries, meatballs, risotto, wine tasting and gelato. All lovely! We found out lots about Verona and the region.

5.00Amazing trip! We traveled by train from Venice to Verona in the morning. It was a bit of a walk from the train station to the meeting point but a beautiful and safe city. Our guide Alessandra was fantastic! Best guide ever! It was a very small group and very engaging. I learned so much and had wonderful food and wine. Thank you!
