5.00I booked this really last minute mainly to stay out of the heat but also because I wanted to learn to make pasta properly. Francesca was the most charming and informative teacher. The other students were warm and welcoming. I had such a good time and returned home determined and armed with the knowledge to make my own pasta and tiramisu. The ‘school’ is in half the dining room of a lovely restaurant and you get to eat your own food with delicious wine and a quick trip for a gelato afterwards. Thank you so much Francesca.

5.00Francesca was amazing and so patient with our little kids. We had a large group and she made it seamless!! She is vibrant and lovely! The food came out delicious and our littles ate every bit!! She kept everyone’s attention. Prosecco to sip on while creating tiramisu and pasta- then a lovely sit down dinner with 3 courses and wine! Then a stroll to gelato!! This was an incredible experience!!

5.00+ We really enjoyed the cooking class. In the beginning everyone was a little reserved, music would have helped! But with time everyone connected and shared a joke while cooking. It took around 3hrs in total, the cooking and eating and ice cream. We shared the pasta we all made, and had 2 courses of pasta and one course of tiramisu. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of water, wine and coke available - In the beginning there was a lack of staff therefore it was a little unorganised There is no air condition (it was also a very hot day) so better bring your own fan The price was fair and worth the money!

5.00No words will fully describe how pleased we were with this experience. Francesca, our host managed the whole presentation with sheer professionalism and warm passion with meticulous attention to detail throughout. I thought I knew the ins and outs of making authentic tiramisu, however, we were pleasantly surprised to learn several new useful added twists to master this amazing 'pick me up' desert. Making fresh pasta was new to us and I can not complement enough how patient and encouraging Francesca was. We now feel super confident that we will be experimenting with pasta making, incorporating various different flour. A lovely sparkling wine to start was a welcome addition, along with a beautiful rounded red wine to accompany the pasta and tiramisu on e prepared. Getting to learn what to look out for in a genuine gelato while also getting to taste these, were and added bonus to the whole experience. Overall, this is an amazing value for money experience. But most importantly an unforgettable experience well worth the visit regardless of the price tag. Well done Francesca.
