During this interactive wine tasting activity, your sommelier guide will introduce you to the tasting technique and tell you various surprising stories about wine. There is not one way but a multitude of ways to discover the wines of Saint-Émilion and to understand them as well as possible. Alone or with friends in a good wine cellar. To enjoy a Saint-Émilion well, you have to listen to your senses. This wine course is called Découverte Terroirs. It is a private lesson for up to 8 people which lasts 1h30. We will have 4 Great Wines to discover from Bordeaux. Your glasses are accompanied by a plate of cold meats and cheeses. 5.00Our host Cedric was wonderful. Knowledgeable and has sincere passion for his work. We learned so much about the region and the wines and his approach was fun and engaging. He asked us what we thought and tasted before he told us. Giving us the opportunity to be really engaged. It was delightful. The cheese board from Olivier was delicious! I would highly recommend this over all other tastings. Truly a unique and delightful experience!
