Discover with us the capital of Silesia at night, the beautifully illuminated market square with the university and the Dominsel with the cathedral. You will see the most beautiful sights of the old town in 2 hours, but without rush, pleasant, with lots of anecdotes and dark legends. You can also meet the lamplighter along the way. The entire old town is lit with numerous gas lanterns and is lit by hand every evening by the black-clad man. From the market square we walk past the Old University and the Fechter Fountain - towards the Dominsel and the cathedral, then along the Oder promenade to the ship pier. You can also take a night gondola ride here. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the night-time Oder metropolis with its German and Polish history.

5.00Bartek was a wonderful guide who brought Wrocław vividly to life. He led us through the charming Old Town with its colorful facades and lively market square, sharing captivating tales of the city’s past. We admired the grandeur of historic buildings before exploring the poignant Jewish Quarter, where he recounted stories of resilience. As dusk fell, we crossed into Cathedral Island, where gas lamps flickered to life, lit by real lamplighters—a magical tradition Bartek explained with pride. His warmth, deep knowledge, and storytelling made every step unforgettable.
