Get as close as possible to the Victoria Falls on this escape to one of the world’s most incredible natural wonder. Feel the powerful rush of the falls from great views the land mark offers, overlooking the falls. You will start your tour at 8:30am and you will be picked up from hotel to guided tour of the falls. The tour start from either Zimbabwean side or Zambian side depends on which side you will be staying.

You will get really really really wet! Lol The Cookoo team did a great job! If you go in the afternoon, you will see the rainbows.

Cilo on the Zimbabwe side was phenomenal and could not recommend him enough. Very lively and entertaining, knowledgeable and always there to help you get “the best memory photo” as he would say lol Only call out is I personally would rather pay the entrance fees baked into the price of the tour. Also driver on Zambia side was 20min late to pick us up

Since the parks still charge you to enter and it’s largely self explanatory and could easily be self guided I was questioning if the tour was necessary while we were on the Zimbabwe side. The ease of taking us to the Zambia side was well worth it in the end though, and that side was maybe even more spectacular. Overall you pay for transportation (which in Zimbabwe is not cheap), rain poncho rentals (essential), and not wasting a second figuring out where to go. As it was on the cheaper side for tours I’d say it was certainly worth it instead of going on your own and of course the falls were absolutely stunning.

Informative, fun and really easy & safe. Really good guides both sides and an easy border crossing (kaza bisa). They provide ponchos but I’m glad I also took ziplocks for my electricals. Most of the trails are dry to damp (in June) but when you’re really close to the falls spray it’s soaking.

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous day trip from Kasane. Victoria falls is unfathomable on its own but to have the guides explain everything just added to the experience. All the guides were so helpful and made the experience seem less even with the border crossings. (Which can often be difficult!) We learnt so much about both Zambia and Zimbabwe and will definitely visit both again. I would highly recommend booking with Cuckoo Safaris. Only note bring cash as card machines at borders are temperamental 😅

Our tour guides and supporting help were fantastic. Ms. Delphister from Zambia and Mr. T from Zimbabwe provided us with a great tour and culture explanation of Victoria Falls. I recommend this tour to anyone.

Our guide, Delphister, was extremely attentive, is familiar with the area, polite, kind and helpful. He showed us everything we could see and even alerted us to the appearance of a snake. I recommend her services

The tour was very well organised and very well coordinated… Replies to our queries were very prompt and they will update us on the pick up time for the following day.. We were very well taken care of right from the time we landed. Pretty Ms Delphister from Zambia side who pointed out the best picture spots.. We’ll really recommend this tour …

Bring your own rain gear and wear water appropriate footwear! The tour guides were excellent, and the Falls is gorgeous, must see. What fell short was the inclusions, such as the rain coat. We were a group of 4 and each one received a ripped item with missing snaps, which didn't help to keep us dry.

Victoria Falls is truly a natural wonder of the world with unsurpassed beauty and we feel so fortunate to have been able to visit. Our guides Chilo and Lucky were both very knowledgeable,kind and we felt safe with them. Chilo's knowledgeable of the nature park as well as the Galls made our tour all the more interesting and enjoyable. We were able to exchange knowledge about plants and animals along our walk. Lucky was very patient and gave us all tge time we wanted to enjoy the moment and guide us through border control. The drivers were all very welcoming, polite and kind too.
