4.00I was a little disappointed that the tickets were cheaper at the museum. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked this through Viator. Also, I had a hard time finding the tickets and had to ask for help from the staff there. Museum was fun though!

1.00Third party operator Nord Ashtaa was the worst. Ended up paying again on site, as it stressed us not having to get in on time. If there is less than one star rate , they deserved it. I read the complain of others and it was proven to be correct. Experienced was good but not the experienced with the third party operators they were rude and it was a disgrace for viator , a stain to a viator name.

4.00I guess I chose the audioguide tour by default, Fascinating but overly detailed for me. I would have enjoyed a few "aromas" during this tour. The samples were great and instructive. The sales room was low key, helpful staff. Really, a great experience even if a bit overlong!!

4.00Gave me a bit of a worry when I was on site and they said it wasn’t accepted but the person on whatsapp was helpful and provided the correct QR before the activity, would be better if the QR was provided sooner instead of an hour before the activity
Don’t use Nord Ashtaa as the activity provider!

1.00Do not use the activity provider Nord Ashtaa! They didn’t send us our tickets so we couldn’t get in for our scheduled tour time. Then we had to spend the next 20 minutes trying to contact them to get our tickets. Lindt was nice enough to let us in after the 30 minute buffer so it wasn’t a total loss. The Lindt tour itself was fun.
