Your adventure will begin with a guided driving town tour of Skagway and continue up the White Pass on the Klondike Highway. Along the way your guide will regale you with history about the Klondike Gold Rush and the natural history of the area.
From the trailhead you will spend the next 2 hours hiking through the beautiful alpine forest surrounded by the towering snow capped mountains of the White Pass.
Your naturalist guides will stop frequently along the way to share their knowledge about the native flora, fauna, and to describe the amazing glacial history of Alaska. Each group is outfitted with binoculars to maximize your opportunities to see up close the spectacular mountain and river scenery.
Midway through the hike you will be treated to a delicious snack at the final breathtaking overlook with incredible views of the Skagway valley, White Pass, and the Lynn Canal.

5.00My two guides (Jeff and Eva) were very excellent. They had lots of useful info and guided us very well. They also were very patient and nice about our skills. They really let us enjoy the nature and experience what Alaska is.

5.00Our family of 7- ranging from ages 10 to 77 zip lined with guides Darcy and Ava who were amazing. They were very safely conscious. Very engaging and funny guides. The course was beautiful. Highly recommend zip lining with this company and with these guides

5.00We had an amazing hiking adventure in Skagway! Scotty and Erin were outstanding guides—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The hike was actually challenging, which we appreciated, and the reward at the end was absolutely worth it. The scenery was incredible, and the guides did a great job keeping everyone engaged and motivated along the way. If you’re looking for a real hiking experience and not just a casual walk, this is it. Highly recommend Scotty and Erin for an unforgettable Skagway adventure!

5.00This was the BEST hike ever. Our guides, Colorado Caden & Sgagway Scotty, were a hoot! They were experienced and knowledgeable, and so entertaining at the same time! The hike was a challenge but well worth the views! I would do this hike everyday if I could! Highly recommended! Christine from Las Vegas

5.00This hike checked every box. Exciting ✅ Beautiful ✅ Gnarly✅. It helped that we had a great group and amazing guides Scotty and Caden. If you are able, I think the best way to experience Skagway is up in the mountains. Dress appropriately. Make sure you are layered, and wear hiking shoes/boots.

5.00Top notch experience with Kevin Williams and his trusty apprentice Oliver. These guys were great - friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable of the area and history. A moderately demanding hike, a wonderful leisurely rafting adventure and a scenic drive with spectacular views and plenty of photo opportunities. We saw eagles and beavers. Very cool. Don’t miss this one.

5.00Great hike with Ben! Tough hike for sure, lots of steep uphill climb, but the views were worth it and our guide Ben was great taking us through it all. And on the way back we made a stop to a viewpoint of the whole city. Pickup was easy met right at the ship and dropped us off in downtown so we could walk around and explore. Great tour!
